Templates were made of the existing pieces. Materials were ordered and shop time begins.

each vertical member had to be notched at least 24 times. several boards were aligned together for even cuts.

job is done, slats were installed. to help combat the rot issue, each notch was primed before the slat was installed.

Before, During and After. Our client wanted to update their stairs with some new treads and rails. 

Window had been leaking for several years. Mold and wet rot were discovered. Tore out the rotten lumber, replaced with new lumber and re installed.

Designer had a rough idea on what they wanted for a bunk bed. Framed up the tops, electrician added lights and outlets for entertainment, center support and custom made steps and hand rails. Beautiful bunk bed when it was completed.

Water heater from above leaked in this Destin home. We were called in to dry and repair. Water trailed down the wall as pictured. Set up, cut out the wet drywall, dried the framing, patched the drywall, and painted. When we were done, you couldn't tell that there had been a water leak.
