Water and mold problem. Home had to be stripped down to the studs. Completed work looks better than it ever did. 

Water damaged the wall and flooring. We re insulated the wall cavities, hung, tape and finished new drywall, prime and painted. When the job was completed, you couldn't tell that there was a repair to the wall.

Water leaked around a window. Tore out the rotten drywall, framing and sheathing, pulled the window, and repaired.

Water damaged ceiling to the bathroom. We set up containment to prevent construction dust from floating into the bedroom. We sprayed the ceiling with water and started with the repairs. 

After the ceiling was scrapped clean of the pop corn texture, we added insulation and patched the ceiling with drywall. Masked the walls and sprayed new pop corn texture. Painted the walls and window casings. After we set the room back up, you can't tell that there were any water damages to the ceiling.
